Ok, so there's two POT files. One is older and is "needs review" -state. It was probably created out of gnome-app-install 0.4.3. The newer one is "approved" (but not yet imported), and includes all the necessary strings. So all is okay, unless the older one in needs review -state is blocking the newer one, but probably it's just a queue slowness issue.
