Public bug reported: Binary package hint: linux-restricted-modules-2.6.22-9-rt
I'm assuming this is a "known" but I couldn't find any info on where progress (if any!) is being tracked. The description for the package reads (as in Feisty): > Non-free Linux 2.6.22 modules on Realtime kernel > This package provides restricted modules for Linux version 2.6.22 on > Realtime kernel. > Currently the following modules are included: > - madwifi (Atheros) > - fglrx (ATI) > - nvidia > - fcdsl, fcdsl2, fcdslsl, fcdslslusb, fcdslusb, fcdslusb2, fcdslusba, > fcpci, fcusb, fxusb (AVM ISDN) > - ltmodem (Winmodem) > > These modules are "restricted" because they are not available under a > completely Free licence. However, the fglrx and nvidia drivers are not present. (I'm guessing they break rt.) Looks like there might be some extra drivers, too? ** Affects: linux-restricted-modules-2.6.22 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- "Non-free Linux 2.6.22 modules on Realtime kernel" is missing components https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/130837 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
