Brian, you mean contents of /etc/apt/apt.conf.d folder? /etc/apt/apt.conf does not exist. I manually installed "python3-update-manager_0.193_all.deb, update-manager-core_0.193_all.deb, update-manager_0.193_all.deb" problem yet persists.
