Binary package hint: gnome-cpufreq-applet
When cpufreq applet starts with Gnome, there is minimal size window on
the desktop that does nothing and even can't be killed with xkill.
Window disappears if I try to do something with CPU freq icon - icon and
window disappear and then can be launched manually. Then applet works
fine.
