For information:
Initial installation with a USB key with ubuntu secure x64
on a SSD as GPT and an EFI partition.
Error occurs with a Boot Partition of 80MB ( seemed to be filled up with 74MB!)
Cure: rebooting with the usb key installation media.
1-GPARTED: leave 170Mb of free space at the beginning of the following partition
2-GPARTED: increase Boot partition with 170MB to a total of 250MB.
3-update "boot-repair" and other stuff in the usb key installation media
4-Boot-repair
5-shut down
6-remove usb key
=> first boot in uefi mode OK
