WRT ghostscript: I would recommend just requiring >= 9.9 in the cups-filters because otherwise we are colliding and if users add cups-filters from printing they can also get new ghostscript. 13.1: Do you think it would be possible to have this mergable before the beta1 freeze which happens on 2013-09-19.
