@ Comment #19: I can not reproduce that behavior (in comment #12). I can reproduce this: restart, from LightDM login, click on suspend, resume works. This is with kernel 3.2 (log attached) and the latest kernel.
If I log on and suspend, then resume, now the desktop is not responding any more. Of course Alt+SysRQ+REISUB works. ** Attachment added: "Log after resume kernel 3.2" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1212199/+attachment/3778428/+files/dmesg_kernel_3.2.txt -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1212199 Title: Network not working after resume from suspend (r8169) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1212199/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
