Yes, I hadn't this bug for a while already but I don't really know is it due to update to Raring Ringtail or because I switched to Gnome Shell entirely (Unity is so sluggish sometimes). As I told before in GS I never had this bug and currently I'm using GS only.
And I haven't updated my BIOS yet.
