See Bug #117737 The error is causer because kolab-resource-handlers-0.3.9-20060811-3ubuntu1 explicitly depends on php4 and you have php5 installed. installing kolab-resource-handlers-0.3.9-20060811-4ubuntu1 solved THIS issue for me. ( i still havent domesticated kolab though, still trying to understand how to manage it...)
