Public bug reported:

There needs to be a "View > Toolbars" menu in Nautilus.

It would be nice if nautilus had a "Bookmarks Toolbar" (like seen in
firefox and chromium), that would allow me to bookmark commonly
frequented paths horizontally. If these features are popular enough to
be available in the default installations of both Firefox and Chromium,
that are also sure to be praised when provided in Nautilus.

I realize you can bookmark in the left pane, but that pane is already
cluttered with too many default items (vertically), and I'd appreciate
being able to bookmark local paths along a horizontal toolbar (one
exclusively dedicated to my own custom-path-bookmarks).
