Public bug reported: HI,all I have installed Ubuntu 12.04(64bit) on my Sony vaio Ultrabook. Everything goes well, but sometimes the usb devices could not be recognized. And my machine information is Linux ubuntu 3.2.0-49-generic #75-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jun 18 17:39:32 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux And the temporary method to solve the problem is to reboot. An easy way to reproduce this issue is just to suspend your machine and then wake up the machine.
