I don't think this is a duplicate of #1123403. Even if I disable Secure Boot it just hangs at a blank screen after selecting a boot option. I don't get any errors regarding a Secure Boot Policy Violation with it enabled so it doesn't seem to be related to Secure Boot. I am also not able to provide any logs as I cannot even get it to boot.
