It is not obvious to me what files to download or what instructions to follow from the link you provided. Do you think these instructions work as well to update the BIOS to version 1.11.0: http://linux.dell.com/wiki/index.php/Tech/libsmbios_dellBiosUpdate ? They have not been updated since 2008, that's why I'm unsecure and ask for guidance. We're short on staff during the summer and it would be the worst time to render this server unusable.
