1. The xfce session manager needs to be running to cause this delay. If the 
session manager crash at login #1172018  the login delay does not occur.
2. Newly added user without a xfce user config does not run into the login 
delay, it appears later from within the xfce config files. Full delete of tehe 
xfce user config suppress this bug.
3. Logging in from a other console to unlock the crpytohome suppress the xfce 
login delay.
