I still havent heard anything from neither of the maintainers i emailed. I still think its buggy upstream states they are moving foward with XQDE and killing kxdocker support. I am against shipping a broken package that has been broken atleast since edgy into gutsy its been about a year and hasnt been ficed yet, removal of binaries and source should be done and since debian maintainers dont feel like replying we should remove without debian's input. AFAIK ther eare other dockers like kooldock that work and have same functions as kxdocker (although hard for me to know since kxdocker has never worked for me.
