Installed edubuntu 12.04 on this machine a few days ago, installed teamviewer 8.0.17147 this morning, got "lsb_release..." error.
Enabled proposed repository, did an apt-get update and apt-get dist- upgrade to see what new upgrades were available, cancelled, and installed python2.7, python 2.7-minimal and lsb-release.
