Furthermore, post #7 on this bug recommended to disabling IPV6. I found this comment on a x11vnc bugreport at Debian: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=672449#15 You need to use: -no6 -rfbportv6 -1 To disable IPV6 on x11vnc currently. I will see what is working and what is not.
