This began from installing the Redhat Cluster Management Suite package that
installed this clvmd package. I later tried to install a package that i'm
sorry I just can't remember which one it was that wouldn't install because
of the clvmd package that caused problems with the apt package manager.
This fixed this problem:

*sudo rm /etc/init.d/clvm
sudo apt-get remove clvm

I noticed as well that a process called ccsd is trying to connect to the
cluster.
Example:
Jul 30 19:12:29 Dimension ccsd[4731]: Unable to connect to cluster
infrastructure after 455190 seconds.

I killed the process, but I gotta find where the program is loading at
boot-up if it is. I can't remember the last time I rebooted.
