I tried pointing to raring-proposed, but since I already installed it from the PPA, it isn't showing up as an available upgrade. Currently, I have this version installed: 4.10.0-2ubuntu2~raring1 I wonder whether you should bump up the version and republish to -proposed, so that everyone who previously installed from the PPA gets the official update. Also, I have seen no crashes since I installed the fix.
