Hi, thanks for taking the time to upload that extra information.

It looks like you have installed the package "virtualbox" from the
virtualbox website. The problem is that one of the updates needs
virtualbox to be reinstalled, but because it has been installed manually
and not from a software repository it is impossible to reinstall it. As
you installed the software manually (Probably by downloading a .deb
file) you will need to reinstall it manually.

First you need to remove the package virtualbox by running

sudo apt-get remove virtualbox

Then you can run the update manager and download your updates.

Now, if you want to virtualbox package back you will have to go to the
virtualbox website and install it. If you don't need virtualbox then
just leave it uninstalled.

The confusion arises because virtualbox isn't in the Ubuntu software
repository, the Ubuntu packagers are waiting for the virtualbox team to
send a package: until they send the package you must do everything
manually.
