Also: 1. "Install the system" failed immediately after I selected to do a normal install. Every additional time I ran it, it did the same.
2. I just re-ran the installer and it was completely successful. The differences this time were that I selected "Command-line expert install" and that I did not download any installer components. I partitioned the disk with the same LVM settings.
