October 28, 2012. Official support for Ubuntu 10.04 LTS "Lucid Lynx"
desktop edition and Ubuntu 11.10 "Oneiric Ocelot" ended on May 9, 2013.
Simon K and anyone still experiencing this bug on a supported version of
Ubuntu - please file a new bug report so that we can get a fresh set of
logs. Also, please file different bugs for different hardware models.
