Hi Gerfried The point of this bug is that Ubuntu translators would like to translate the site as a Launchpad project. Because it has a web based translation tool, which lowers the barrier of entry to many languages, whose translators find it difficult/inconvenient to work with po files in a VCS. Yes, there are such people out there :).
