So, you can check if required package is installed. Try apt-get install -f 
kde-guidance or apt-get install -f without package name. Usually, this suggest 
you how to fix dependencies. 
Do you have installed third party software?
Try to post the output of dpkg -l, so it's possible to see which packages is 
installed.
