System load figures are hard to compare. I have an AMD Turion II
processor (approx. twice as fast as an Atom), and I manage to have 40
MByte/s NFS throughput. The CPU is at 80%. Is this already an unusual
high number, meaning that I may be affected by this bug?

I'm using Ubuntu Server 13.04.
