This only sort of works. While archive.ubuntu and security.ubuntu do
indeed have AAAA records, if you actually disable IPv4, updates still
fail. In 13.04, running software updater with IPv6-only connectivity
produces the error "unable to get repository information" and recommends
that you check your internet connection. This is during the initial
check for updates. Wireshark shows it trying to reach
us.archive.ubuntu.com and daisy.ubuntu.com, neither of which have AAAA
records.
