Created attachment 44471 "Invalid shaders" on NVIDIA binary drivers
It looks like it's not just a warning message. When you manually select all the tests in 3DMark06 (you need a valid license key for the professional version) and run it you get this error message: (see the attached screenshot). So, it's not a "minor" bug report.
