I think it would be better to use bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/1161291 since this one is marked as fixed and the other one is confirmed but unfixed. It happens in Raring too but more seldom than before. I still don't know how to reproduce, it still happens randomly.
