Hmm. If you're making an assumption that raring archives + apt-get
install works, that's not anymore the case since there's a newer Qt
version. Also before this there have been many patches at the qt5-proper
that should be in use instead of using the versions in raring archives,
even though the version number didn't see other than a distro version
increasing.

So when using the PPA, apt-get dist-upgrade should be done in all cases
to be sure you're using the same versions that run on the device.
