Try the updated script from http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=76566, don't remember exactly which page, but I've attached a script that were posted on that thread.
- It doesn't have transparent background on thumbnails - It attaches a small icon to help identify whether it's a spreadsheet, word document, presentation, etc...
