I only found two files when looking for nautilus. ahodzic@ebuddy:~$ find ~/ -name *nautilus* /home/ahodzic/.local/share/nautilus /home/ahodzic/.config/nautilus
After removing ~/.local/share/nautilus and ~/.config/nautilus my Nautilus shows up instantly.
