Hello, I am also affected by the same bug. But since I had upgraded before the release, I am able to use my keyboard and my mouse by choosing in GRUB an older kernel (3.8.0-16). But the versions 3.8.0-17,3.8.0-18 and 3.8.0-19 do not work.
