informatico, I'm fairly sure this is a duplicate of another bug, but lets err on the side of caution. Does this problem still occur with the latest daily CD images? If you run the installer with --debug (`ubiquity --debug` in a terminal window), does the problem still occur? Can you attach /var/log/installer/debug (created by --debug) and /var/log/syslog if the problem persists.
