Have you tried mounting it with udf filesystem mount -t udf -o ro /dev/cdrom /mnt
What exactly error dmesg / mount gives? Could you please describe what this HTML says? I have never seen UDF PW CD before... Not even google knows it... There is also an option 'session=' to the udf filesystem (see mount(8) ). May be it is a multi-session CD and for some strange reason it is mounting the wrong session.
