Public bug reported:

Hi all,

This is little wierd, i found in new release in ubuntu 13.04 - 64bit
Desktop on Dell Latitude E6230 that is network manager behaviour.

There is problem what i found in new release. When i install it and
connect ethernet (LAN) its work. But when you remove power adaptor it
not going to connect. After restart it without power adaptor, network
wouldnt come again. At that time i think, i messed up with network-
manager but i reinstall it and found same behaviour.

Means when you are in power it work perfectly but when you remove your
power adaptor network wouldnt connect. Its 1st bug that i found very
wierd in new release.

Hope it wouldnt effect desktop users who always on power.

New release came with lot of changes but bug like that ... it make :(
users.
