Kubuntu raring final iso, Samsung NC10: Running as live system for testing (from flash drive): First try: Splash (kubuntu-logo) is displayed during shutdown, but no "Please remove media..." message; second try: no splash is displayed (and no message on the terminal which is visible instead). Shutdown completes after pressing Return (if I remember correctly).
After installation (from flash drive): No splash is displayed (blank, black screen if I remember correctly) - shutdown completes after pressing Return.
