I just want to add one more thing that if I leave my system idle for a while, with no screensaver configured, after some time about 10-15 mins., the monitor goes black (power saving mode) and when I come back and move mouse/press key to get the screen back, at that time also the pointer goes off, however mouse actions work fine.
