No you don't need to comment if you don't have anything to add, it has
been 3 years that bug is open and it has been stated several times that
the behaviour was enforced by design, it's not going to change, just let
the system with notification, if you don't want those to stay on screen
for the normal period you maybe shouldn't be using notifications
