Hi,

I'm not sure, if this error belongs to *this* bug. I had again an error
with the latest mainline kernel. This time, the system did not *really*
crash as before, but I had a message on the screen, telling me my
graphic card is running in low graphics mode as stated here
http://askubuntu.com/questions/141606/how-to-fix-the-system-is-running-
in-low-graphics-mode-error.

This is the first time this message poped up.

I was able to switch to a console with STRG+ALT+F1 and make a copy my
syslog. In the end, I had to reboot the system because a message like

nouveau E[Xorg[8985]] failed to idle channel 0xcccc0001 [Xorg[8985]]

was "walling" on every console and the system tried to restart the X
session.

So should I tag this as "kernel-bug-exists-upstream"?

Regards,
pasche
