I downloaded copy from this mirror: http://mirror.anl.gov/pub/ubuntu-iso/DVDs-Ubuntu/12.04.2/ That has a 14-Feb-2013 date. Many users in Forum said they could not boot liveCD with secure boot on. I always have said to turn if off.
