Actually, you will notice that the latest file release date for those RealPlay packages are well before the release of Feisty Fawn in April of 2007. I spoke with one of the commercial packagers at Ubuntu Live this week, and when asked about this, he just mentioned that they didn't have enough time or resources to get a RealPlay package into Feisty Fawn (7.04).
