I get similar error when trying to upgrade to 13.04 from 12.10. (amd64)

xpdf is understandable since xpdf,rep-gtk  is marked as hold to an older 
version, but there should not be any problem in openssh,xemacs
Here is the output of sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

        Depends: libxt6 but it is not going to be installed
