Please try to set Bios default, and make sure the Ubuntu UEFI boot entry is deleted. And install the Ubuntu again. If you install in Legacy PXE boot mode, the Ubuntu UEFI boot entry won't be created, only boot from legacy mode. If you install in the UEFI mode, the Ubuntu UEFI boot entry will be created, and check if it can be boot.
