Try to start gnuplot from the command line and then run "test". Does that give you a plot? If not, try to install the gnuplot-x11 package. That should make gnuplot and scitools work as expected.
I'm not sure if this is a bug in python-scitools or python-gnuplot, but I lean towards the latter. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1168901 Title: plot function does not work with gnuplot (easyviz) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/scitools/+bug/1168901/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
