thank you for your bug report, that's not a bug in the lens if it doesn't get install though, that would rather be an upgrader or local issue bug, the package is a recommends of unity and recommends are installed by default if you use the release-upgrade tool, maybe you uninstall ubuntu-desktop or something though?
