I should point out that your expected results are incorrect. Fakeroot-ng
(nor, for that matter, fakeroot) do not allow you to do anything you are
not otherwise allowed to do.
If this is still relevant, do try out "privbind", also written by me,
which allows you to do just what you wanted to do here.
