>From synaptic, installed: qtcreator 2.7.0 RC1 ubuntu-qtcreator-plugins 2.7.0 RC1 Testing: HUD worked from startup. For example [alt + "About QTCreator" + Enter]. Menus were properly displayed in the titlebar. HUD functionality worked in Fullscreen mode [ctrl + shift + f11], BUT, the unity overlay did not display. I could type commands blindly and have them work. Other notes: Installing ubuntu-qtcreator-qt5libs 2.7.0 RC1 broke HUD functionality and titlebar integration. Uninstalling it was easy enough. http://imagebin.org/252344 << Screenshot of an oversized ubuntu plugin introduction page. I am not sure if this was broken due to the branch. It is something I just noticed now. I will file a bug for this. For what it is worth; I am satisfied by the work Mr Zemczak and company did. The fullscreen mode is but a minor caveat, and is not surprising. I would expect the same to be true in qtcreator4, but I have not tested it. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1126205 Title: [FFe] Bring Unity appmenu / HUD integration to Qt5 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/appmenu-qt/+bug/1126205/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
