I have exactly the same bug has described above, but with mp4 files. The audio and subtitles selection is restricted to auto, and some blank spaces (as many as there streams).
When I click on the first blank under auto for the audio, nothing happens. When I try the second one, I got no sound and after a while, the auto is selected.
