OpenDNS has a version (https://www.opendns.com/account/ddns_files/inadyn.source.v1.99.zip) with support for SSL. Maybe it is also possible to give a preconfigured inadyn.conf for the most common used services to be used with Inadyn (DynDNS, OpenDNS, etc)
