Sigo: Cuando se volvía a realizar el proceso de actualización, al encontrar estos archivos daba el error. La solución fue borrar todos estos archivos del directorio /var/lib/apt/lists (los html y las copias. Eliminados estos, el proceso volvió a correr normalmente.
